Candidates must follow the steps below to apply:
- Register on NATS Portal: Visit mhrdnats.gov.in and register using your name, email ID, and mobile number.
- Visit HAL’s Official Website: Go to hal-india.co.in and navigate to the ‘Careers’ section.
- Open the Recruitment Notification: Click on the official notification link for Apprentice Recruitment 2025.
- Fill Google Form: Click on the Google Form link provided in the notification and enter all required details such as educational qualifications, marks, and contact information.

Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based solely on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination (BE/B.Tech, General Stream Graduate, or Technical Diploma). There will be no written test or interview.
- The provisional merit list will be published on the HAL website between November 20 and November 22, 2025.
- Document verification will be conducted from November 25 to December 3, 2025, at HAL Korwa.

Training Details
Selected candidates will undergo a one-year apprenticeship training and receive a stipend as per BOAT Kanpur regulations. It’s important to note that candidates with more than one year of work experience are not eligible for this apprenticeship.
