Talking straight facts, summers are here and we all could use a fit body! We bring to you a list some tried and tested simple changes to incorporate into your lifestyle that are sure to bring a visible difference in your health and body stats

Don't eat less for the sake of diet. Maybe you can stick to this for a few days, but soon after you will come back dodging after all the food you feel you've missed

Eat healthy, eat small and eat in regular intervals. Bid adieu to mindless munching

Don't  drink fruit juices/ packaged beverages. They're high on sugars and low on nutrients

Carry a water bottle every where you go.  Assess before you grab that can of cola- Is it because you're just not hydrated?

Don't be lazy. This 2 minutes of stair-ride over the escalator you choose every time can change you in months!

Aim at walking 10k steps daily

Open your phone every time you're hungry. Give your cravings 5 minute of patience, eat that healthy lunch and watch the craving say bye-bye!

Prep meals in advance to avoid laziness overtaking your navigation to that healthy body
