As per reports, Islamic teacher Maulana Muhammad Amin, a relative of Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorist Maulana Masood Azhar, has been critically injured in a firing raid conducted by unknown assailants. Muhammad Amin has been critical.
The attack occurred in the Barkambakhel area of Bara, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Maulana Muhammad Amin, known for his religious teachings, was reportedly gearing up to participate in politics by contesting in the upcoming elections in Pakistan.
Maulana Amin is a close relative of Maulana Masood Azhar, a prominent terrorist of the banned militant organization Jaish-e-Mohammed. Sources suggest that his association with Azhar may have made him a target for the attackers.
