Prime Minister Narendra Modi is poised to inaugurate the Amrit Bharat Express on December 30th. According to reliable sources, the inaugural run of the first Amrit Bharat Express is scheduled to connect the historically significant cities of Ayodhya and Darbhanga in Mithilanchal. Ayodhya, renowned as the birthplace of Lord Rama, holds immense cultural and religious significance, while Mithilanchal boasts being the birthplace of Maa Sita.
The Amrit Bharat trains will be non-AC trains equipped with both seating and sleeper facilities. Inspired by the successful Vande Bharat trainsets, these trains are designed to run faster than other mail and express trains, enhancing the overall travel experience for passengers.
